Does anyone know if you can access Mandilitrio's bathhouse scene after getting your sword back and returning the light ring?

I got all of the accolades, and CGs, before the bathhouse update and my only save is right before the final cutscene so I cannot enter the cave he's in again.

No, once you return the sword, there's no going back.  It's the signal to end the game, basically.
