Steam links not showing up

I noticed there is now an option to link to Steam along with the other app stores. Cool! When I put the link to my games in though, I don't see any Steam link on the page. The example URL in the box looks like a Greenlight URL, perhaps it only works with Greenlight but it would be cool if you could link to games or DLC on the Steam store. Example link: http://store.steampowered.com/app/409370.

Are you talking about the links you add on the external links section? Those links currently don't show up on the game pages. They do show up on download pages and purchase receipts though. In the future we'll make it possible to automatically include them into the game pages.

In the meantime, if you want the link on your game page you can manually add it to the description.

I'm having the same issue. In the field "Steam" link under "App store links" inside of "Edit Game"

The issue becomes clear when you see this side-by-side:

Since it's listed with all the other options, we assume it's also suppose to show up with an icon on the page.

I meant the "app store links" section. The Google Play and iTunes buttons show up but not Steam.

Sorry to dig up this old thread but I'm having the same issue. Adding a Steam link does not add it anywhere on the Game or Download page, unlike the Google and Appstore links which do show up. https://ninjadodo.itch.io/guppy

[edit: upon closer inspection I was mistaken. Steam link shows up in the More Information section with other External Links but I was confused because it didn't show up as a banner like Google and iOS]

+1 I'm having this issue too.

I recently tried to add a Steam store link using the "App store links" section of the game editing interface. I don't see any link to the Steam store, but on my game page it says "In order to download this game you must purchase it at or above the minimum price of $X.XX USD. Your purchase comes with a Steam key. You will get access to the following files:"

I didn't mean for the user to get automatic access to a Steam key, and I can't figure out how to remove this sentence from my store page: "Your purchase comes with  a Steam key." Is there a way to take this down?
