I live in the US, and I'm wanting to buy something from a creator that lives in the UK. I got a little pop-up about entering an address as VAT regulations "require evidence of buyer location for purchases."
If the purpose of it is to establish the buyers location, is a PO Box sufficient? The page in settings specifies "billing address" and not residential, but I just want to make extra sure I won't be causing problems for the seller.
