Heya! I may be late to answer your question, But, I do know how you can get the game to work!
1. Download WinRAR
2. Download DDLC
3. Once WinRAR is open, click the icon that looks like a web browser is open.
The game will open for you! Just do these steps, I did this, and it worked! (If you thank me, You're welcome!)
