1. This would require a huge art overhaul. The game already has the best attention to detail I've ever seen with 2d assets for breast growth. It scales so smoothly between sizes without ever showing artifacting from rescaling the sprites, meaning they've drawn the breasts at tons of different sizes, keeping in mind how they collide with her uniform and the counter. Not to mention, having four breasts would cause all four to collide with each other, so to make it look right you can't just draw two more and attach them to existing assets. You'd need to draw all four from scratch... at every size.
2. As far as I can tell, multiboob is quite niche. For the immense amount of work it would take to add this feature, it probably wouldn't appeal to a very big audience. This may or may not include the devs.
3. I really really love multiboob and wish this could be added... lol
