Just wanted to know if it's in the game, at all; be it in the form of literally just a fertilization png with some flavor text or some more complicated mechanics.
You can complete a challenge that unlocks a pregnancy potion but im not sire what it does

All it does is Show you them pregnant. it doesn't really actually make them pregnant for the rest of the game.
