ive reached the selye fight event 

but even losing at the first phase doesnt appears the sex scene

it just shows him taking the emblem and the game ends

does it need some more terms or something like that?

well, honestly speaking when I tried that I got that easily. As soon as the fight started, I submit. That triggered the scene. I don't think that the route that you are going for will effect the selye fight.
