When the game comes out, we'll need to get funding for localizing the game into new languages; it'll cost around $35,000-$40,000 at current market rate for each language.
We plan to do Japanese first, and then after that, it'll be mostly up to user votes as to what language we do next.
However, at launch, the game will have a feature that allows you to press ctrl+c to copy text and then paste it in other programs for translation purposes :)
