I downloaded a game called "The Hike- Return to Crystal Lake. But the game doesn't run properly. When I boot it up the screen goes black while the sound continues to go on in the background. The game then crashes after that stating "Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost HUNG". Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I'd greatly appreciate it.
