The back view works with the ex version, maybe you downloaded the wrong file, if you have the previous version files you can move the missing folders from "Graphics/Avatar" to the new version folder.
I had tested the game on my cell phone and on my notebook, and I downloaded the EX version and copied and pasted it into the game folders and even so, the bug was still there even when using the tutorial in the EX version.
