Hi.

So, am not sure how the taxes and being solo gamedev work here(and I guess in general). Am one man in Poland am 19, wanting to sell games by internet only digital copies here on itch. So, do I have to do by myself(and locally with my government) like this taxes every year or maybe I have to pay income tax. The question is: Can I legally sell my games solo without paying any taxes(I mean like locally in person with the polish version of IRS or something) or maybe there are exceptions to how much you earn or something.

And what about when someone just paid me like donate here, game is free but someone just gave 1$ dollar optional.

Am dumb and new in this topic so explain it to me like am child and I know those who will answer are probably not from Poland so it can be explained from your perspective wherever you live.

Thanks so much.

When it comes to legal issues that can lead to fines or problems with your country, it is best not to ask on the internet, but with a specialist. Try to contact the tax agency of your country or a lawyer specialized in the subject, in such a way that you can be sure that you will not break any law of your country.
