As mentioned earlier, the transaction ID is 109363, and the payment amount was supposed to be $17. However, only $9.58 was credited to my PayPal account. I understand that there may be processing fees or deductions, but the significant difference has raised concerns.  Additionally, it has been nearly 18 days since the transaction, and I have not received any payment yet. Could you please provide an update on the status of the payment and clarify the reason for the delay?
