I would here like to translate a little into Russian, at least the introductory dialogues and menus, but there were problems with the encoding, as well as had to insert other fonts, because those that exist without the Cyrillic alphabet. Maybe in the next version add the ability to choose a system font that would allow to translate without problems until the main ones are ready.

You use UTF 8 encoding without BOM, but Russian is not displayed on it or absolutely other characters.

You need to add the encoding windows 1251, or all the encodings that support the Cyrillic.
