"Mega Man: Return of Wily (Version 1.1)" is a hack of the USA version of the game “Mega Man - Dr. Wily’s Revenge”.  This is the story: Wily has returned to try to achieve the World Domination again! (Yes Again!) He used the same 8 robot masters that he used in his first attempt to destroy Megaman. Only this time, they have no weaknesses! (Or do they?).
