I have 4 ram but the game usually crashes a lot, I don't think 4 ram is too little, and it usually crashes in combat, is there a way to remove the animations or something like that so that at least in combat the game is more playable?  

Android is a mess for some time and it crashes in combat for many people after introduction of VFX. I think the build before version 3.25 were more stable in this relation, and the only thing that works is playing it.
