We are Studio Molo, an indie game development studio currently working on our exciting project, Soaring Tales of Skylines. We are looking to expand our team and are seeking an experienced and talented game mechanics designer to join us.
As a game mechanics designer at Studio Molo, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with our development team to design and implement engaging gameplay mechanics.
- Analyzing player feedback and data to refine and balance game systems.
- Creating design documentation and prototypes to clearly communicate your ideas to the rest of the team.
- Participating in regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and new ideas.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing game mechanics for at least one shipped title or a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Strong understanding of game design principles and player psychology.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under deadlines.
- Passion for creating innovative and engaging game experiences.
