Give exclusives to retro payments

Hi everyone,

I have a game with the NYOP and I'm thinking of creating a special version with a few extras with a fixed price BUT I want those that have paid before also to have access to this New version (even if they only paid $1), how can I achieve this?

Is it okay if I mail them with a password and host the file somewhere else? Itch.io says emails can't be used for contact.

Is there a configuration on payments that I can tick and everyone that has paid something before automatically can download?!

Some other solution you might think of?

I'm not an admin but if I understand correctly you are not allowed to email users using their billing emails. You should attach the file to the original game as well as the new project, otherwise you could ask players to provide proof of purchase.

Thanks for the reply, I'm probably going to Post a warning asking for the buyers (they aren't that many so it should be easy) to "comment" and give permission for me to send a key
This would be so much easier if there was an option to see the user that bought the game /not the email), I could easily send them a comment/link
