Use the skill, and she becomes smooth<
Later she'll come back asking to try again, and that turns her into an inanimate doll that will remain in your room until you use boost on her, turning her into an animated doll.
not sure if that whole thing works if she's already your slave, though
can't be a slave. If you cast stone skin on her after she asked if it can tern her into something else (like plastic) and her affection is high enoughyou will get a prompt to talk with her on the street where she will ask you to tern her into a doll.
