This is my new project and I know new projects have to be approved within a day.

However, I published an asset pack on February  the14th and it's Febraury the 16th where I live but the project doesn't show up in both search and recent releases.

How can I know where my project is in the queue?

No, as explained in lots and lots of topics, the FAQ is outdated. It takes a lot longer nowadays. It would take longer anyway because it's your first paid project. And you can't see where it is in the queue because it depends. Please wait.
