Where does it say that? How exactly are you trying to package your game?

Okay, I edited the title of this topic so people can see what you need help with. Good luck!

Hi.

Itch doesn't need you to pack anything. So I assume the problem you probably have created an android app or similar.

-First, itch supports many different types of games, if you don't provide exact information on what you're trying to do, it's impossible to help you.

-Second, when you ask for help, you should be as clear as possible, indicating any information that might be useful.

What kind of package are you trying to make?

What software are you using?

Exactly what error do you have?

If you have a log, paste the content, don't wait for ask you.

If you force people who can help you to try to guess what your problem is and, above all, you condition your help to send a log only if they ask you to, the only thing you will achieve is that fewer people are willing to help you.

-Third, if you have a problem with specific software, for example creating an android app, you are more likely to get help on an android forum.

Here, out of 100 people who will see your message, there are people who compile for windows, for linux, for the web and only a few for android.

On the other hand, in an android forum, the 100 people who see your post will know about android and it is more likely that they can help you.
