Kindly advise why my game is still not indexed on search? I've been told it's because a moderation team needs to approve it but it's been 12 days now and still no feedback / progress. Support is not replying to my email either.
Ah I see. Thanks, I'll exercise some patience.
Might be worth updating the https://itch.io/docs/creators/getting-indexed page as it still shows 1 day for first time paid products which will lead to a lot of confusion and frustration.
Also quick one. When review takes this long, will I still get some visibility on "New" seeing that it's technically 2 weeks old now.
