Bulky/Two Handed Weapons Get Damage Advantage?

Hello, can I ask for a clarification on the Bulky weapons in the weapons list.

The Broad Axe, Breaking Maul, and Hewing Spear are all Bulky weapons, which means they require two hands to wield. On page 26, it is stated "If attacking with ... one weapon held in both hands, gain damage advantage." Does this mean that when using any of these Bulky weapons you will always have damage advantage? Would you allow a non-Bulky weapon to be wielded with two hands (à la Dark Souls)?

Also follow-up question: if using a weapon in two or both hands and gaining damage advantage, how does this interact with weapon skills that gain double damage (e.g. Backstab, Cleave, Hack)? Are two dice rolled for damage and the higher is doubled? Are both dice added together?

Thanks for any help, and I love the game!

You can wield non-bulky weapons in two hands but you won’t get damage advantage; this is meant to account for the higher damage output for bigger weapons.

Damage advantage and double damage: roll for your damage twice, take the higher result and double it.

Thanks for playing!
