Setting Up Time Split Tracker - macOS (HELP)

How do I actually start setting up the program (i.e. getting the timer to start, implementing actual splits)? I understand that TST is still in development on macOS, but I really want to try it out and see if it works.

After Time Split Tracker opens, you have to load a split file (otherwise you can use it as a simple timer).  There are example split files as a template, or you can post your splits here and I will make a file for you.

Could you make one for me please? I can't get the timer to display the splits I entered.
