I had an issue while distributing my Steam keys to 800 Kickstarter backers imported from multiple CSV files. I followed this guide.
However, it would appear that the request was marked as "spam" and is "pending approval" - unfortunately I couldn't get any more info than that because for some reason the landing page crashed, and I didn't receive any confirmation email regarding this matter.
Since I had some doubts, I sent a ticket around 50 hours ago (ID 139570) using my main email address. But I noticed shortly after that it would have been preferred to use the same address of this account, so I sent a second ticket shortly after (ID 139636).
I was wondering if this was normal and if the request was being processed, or if the landing page crashing could signify that the request wasn't processed as intended.
I also wanted to ask if people will be able to access the page with their exclusive download link once they finally get their email, even if the page is "Unlisted".
The game has released some time ago and it would be nice if players could finally receive their keys. Please keep me updated and let me know.
