Do I have to buy the game again?

Unfortunately the answer to that question would be yes, as we don't own the Italian translated version in that way so we don't have access to give it out.
Hey thanks for the reply! I actually figured that would be the case and went and bought the physical version (which I wanted anyway so no biggie)
