*Older* mac OS systems

Attempting to run this tells me:

The application requires macOS 10.13 or later.

Given the horribly user-unfriendly nature of 10.13 and later (forced reformatting of your internal SSD in 10.13; forced reformatting of your boot drive regardless in later version; all in the name of a newer, better file format that is 100% non-compatible with any other OS. Many areas of "I'm sorry user, I can't let you do that". Etc), can you please recompile for older (please at least as far as 10.9, although I know some people will have stayed at 10.7) systems?

If you are not aware: Apple has consistently broken compatibility, or removed abilities that users have, or introduced horrible new system-level disasters, at each upgrade. 10.7 actually let you use all your system memory for your programs -- imagine wanting to have a minecraft server, a minecraft client, a video/screen recorder for youtube editing, and a livestream to the group you're playing with. 10.7 can do that, no problem; 10.9 insists that compressed swap held in memory is more important, and won't let your memory hungry programs get memory. And 10.10 decided to break all old device drivers, including audio routers that would let all this sound redirection work. (Hmm ... that's the same tool that *could be* used to save audio from a DVD or web playback with a video recorder capturing the screen -- since it could be used to break copyright, we must prevent it from any functionality?)

(My current hardware cannot run anything older than 10.9, and anything newer is useless for streaming / recording when you include game sound.)
