When and where do you meet celine ive been keeping up with the game but ive never seen or met her how do i meet and start scenes with her?
Nvm found the answer to my own Q posting in case anybody else has the same problem but you meet Celine at the diamond business building in the morning.
how do I unlock the building because not gonna lie almost all these buildings are locked for me
the Diamond building is open on weekdays.
You will meet Céline on monday in the morning(btw, you don't even need to enter the building)
