You can contact support directly, but if this is about something that happened in-game, then you should probably talk to its creators, or whoever is hosting the multiplayer server.

At the moment, can only report something an account as created: eg. a project/game page, a reply, comment or topic. You can not report just the account.

If it’s a critical issue then I recommend contacting support as mentioned above.
