"find the blue-skinned woman" Is this quest affecting Sea witch's live? Im afraid i would kill her by mistake. This game is just so unpredictable. I did the quest but still have the backup save. I got detonator(relic) from the "justice" while sea witch is gone. Is she dead?

no she is not she still alive but you will only see her one more time at the oriental exchange

you mean the quest when Lona rebirth as a deepone and she'll turn into Sea witch?

you get seawitch after asking her 'my daughter?' after initially rescuing seawitch unlocking true deepone is missable
