Intoxication is broken?

So, I have a trouble with intoxication spell. Some enemies can be dealt with if I cast this spell, however, if I cast it after I take some damage, the battle is considered lost, even though, technically, I won. Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug?

Oh and also while I am at it. Where do I submit crash reports?

I think some enemies when drunk won't be beaten, but instead get overly eager, like Urka.

As for reports, it belongs in Bug Reports theme.
