I downloaded the flash games bundle, but Flash has been disabled by adobe since 2020. how can I get these games to run?

The exe version of the Flash games should just run without you having to install anything though

It's a bit immature, namely ActionScript3 API is still incomplete, but I expect it to be the best solution in the future.
Get this from a trusted source "flashplayer_32_sa.exe". It is the debug player from adobe, but you can run .swf just fine with it. 32.0.0.465 should be one of the latest versions floating around. Problem is, that this garbage company does not offer it for download anymore, so you have to grab it somewhere else. I believe I got mine from two older flash games, that just bundled the damn thing for convenience. The other one had 32.0.0.433. But there is little difference. File size is ~16MB.
While good advice, having the debug version of adobe flash player or one of the standalone replacement players from gamesites in your game folder and dropping those beloved old flash games on it, is not installing flash.
Back then, if you had flash installed it was automatically activated for stuff you viewed in your browser. So they could use that for all sorts of shenanigans, even pseudo cookies.
I wonder if there even are some sites left where those shenanigans are used at all. Since flash is dead, it would be a waste of time to inlcude it in a website.
