Remove itch.io as a funding source from my Payoneer

Hi, I recently removed Payoneer from my payout method. I was expecting for it to reflect in my Payoneer account, but I can still see it in my funding sources over there. I contacted Payoneer, they said they cannot remove it, without providing reasons as to why. Then I saw on their support page that I have to contact the payout company (in this case, itch) and then they will have Payoneer remove it. So what's the procedure? Do I email your support?
