In this case I donated 2 bucks for a file to the author.  However, I can't download the file from your website.  My security program 'Norton'  doesn't execute the download process. It blocks. Every time, the download is aborted.  What can I do? I switched off some functions in Norton but the issue stays.  From other art websites there is no problem to download a file but here something goes wrong.

In my desperation I asked the author to send me his file.

The security settings of your virus scanner may be blocking files downloaded from the internet. If it's still blocking the downloads then I recommend temporarily disabling it entirely while you download the project.

Is it possible to tell us what version of Norton you use so we can look into the issue ourselves.
