i bought the game when it was in the beginning, but  now that i want to download it again it says that i dont have it anymore and i need to pay it again

It's possible you purchased the game on the original (I.E. Not special edition) version of Snow Daze. I sent out e-mails to everyone who purchased the game on the old page so that they can get a copy of the current version. However, the old version of the game is now included as the free demo of Snow Daze. The only difference is that it has the original art.
