So far I've found 3 at the center, 3 at the derby, 2 at the duo match, and 1 at blackjack. Can't seem to find where the last abductee is at. Been walking around the map and talking to everyone I can see for half an hour now.

Im sorry but how did you manage to free the one at blackjack??? I played all of them but the NPC itself wont even let me free him. He just kept saying "Jut a bit more and I can go..." something PLEASE HELP!!!!

there was a mistake so i started over., I freed the 1 at blackjack, 3 at center, 2 at derby (cant find the last one, I freed noone when I played derby), and 2 at duel. Wheres the last 2???

Sounds like you're missing the slave at the bottom-right of the map. Dunno about the derby, I always leave the middle one who can cross the rope safely.
