I know this is a tough one, but does anyone have a soundtrack they absolutely love from a game? It's impossible to just pick one. Some of my favorites are Final Fantasy 4 (well most of them lol) Chrono Trigger, Dragons Dogma and Nier Gestalt/Replicant. That's just a few to get things started.

Neverwinter nights 1, Basically any Elder Scrolls, Kult Heretic Kingdoms, Diablo 1, Original Doom

Those are great soundtracks!

Well, let's see (reading my playlist):

1. Contra Hardcorps - R.A.V.E

2. Contra Rebirth - Boss 2 (remix of GTR Attack from Contra Hardcorps)

3. Gaia Crusaders - The Town of Ruins (4th stage)

4. Valkyrie Profile - Confidence in the Domination

5. Live A Live - Megalomania

6. Treasure of the Rudras - The Flame and The Arrow

7. Secret of Mana - Battle Against Thanatos

8. Castlevania - Order of Ecclesia - Sorrow's Distortion

9. Undercover Cops - Nasty Loud Quack

10. Shining Force - Town theme

11. Castlevania Bloodlines - Iron Blue Intention (also available in Portrait of Ruin)

I could add some of Tales Of series opening track there but I'll end my list there :).

Your right. The tales series has some amazing music!

Shining Force in general had a based soundtrack.

I've never played any of the games. I'll definitely check it out.

Mountain of Faith

Brütal Legend for the win!

I'm also fond of Quest for Glory 1 and 4.

I've played quest for glory but I haven't played Brutal legend. I'll have to check it out!
