Temple is to the right of the big map, it has the green swirly bricks.  The area is just to the right of the middle of the map. The three kobolds are just to the right of the only save computer with only one block over it and none below it (which is slightly to the left of the center of the map, at the top). The Kobolds themselves are in kind of little tunnel but I think it looks like open space on the map. It's not at all telegraphed, but if you get knocked over by one the animation will play with a heart and x3. When the x3 is visible, press asd or whatever you assigned them to and she'll change to an animation involving more than one.
