I came here to share my idea with you (feel free to ignore it, and sorry for my english)
So, what if there was a small chance for a "Girl with a naughty thought" (or simply, a perverted girl who reads hentai all day long)
She would look like a normal randomly generated girl, but with small visual differences and unique mechanics. (excluding teacher [for now])
For example:
- She could have special eyes and emotions, maybe a slightly different animation (so she can be distinguished from others, but not too easy). [Visual]
- She would ignore the girls who came out of the lockers with that "Shock". (Or she might be interested or something like that). [Mechanics]
- When she's dragged in to the locker, she could have a "Smiling Face". [Visual]
- After that she won't be "shocked" [Mechanics]
Now the best for last
[Note: This may no longer be possible to implement, or it is still possible, i don't know]
- When this girl spots another girl (or a teacher) getting caught by tentacles, she will run to the locker for "Double Action". (of course you will get double points for that).

- During the run, she will alert other around the locker (same as catching girls in front of other girls) in a slightly larger range.
At last
- After they leave the locker, she could calm the other girl down, removing that "shock"

So, there is my idea, hope you like it (and you understood this hell of engrish).

Those are niche, so probably an option to turn those on / off if you go with them.
Also, maybe some sort of Points system we can use to power up our tentacles, such as adding a chance to Go Again without letting a girl out of a locker (I suggested the same for HotPink's TL2)
Make the facial expressions mean things. Angry girls give less points, bored girls give more points, etc etc. This could also be used in a more lewd way by giving a higher chance for specific animations. As previously mentioned the angry girl could have a tentacle in her mouth (to keep her from whining) and the bored girl could have tentacles in her hands. Something like this could be done for every emotion.
Well I'm not a big fan of this but in a lot of hentai with tentacles there's cum inflation.
So it could be a special button after climax that appears 2 seconds and if you click on it you can "burst" a big load.
Also be a little more complex to just be a simple cum inflation, randomly a girl will vomit and if there's other girls around they will be scared so you don't want to burst a load in the middle.
And IDK if it's possible but doing 1 or 2 special girls, you can fill them more and they will stay a little time knocked out and overly inflated with cum leaking in front of the locker.
Finally if girls pass they will be afraid and you will be unable to use the locker until she wakes up and run out, so better doing it in a strategic point where you can catch girls from right or left.
Edit : You could also re-capture a girl and fill her again to have the big cum inflation.

After reading these suggestions and the comment in general, i made the decision to try to convert this into something a bit easier to read. (Hope 2339 will not mind this) [why? I don't know, why not]
So Let's get starter:
1. Girl have too repeating moaning sounds (witch is annoying, i give him that)
1.1 He proposes recording some more voices to randomly repeat or using existing voices (also randomly) [i think]
1.2 The last moan sound like a older women, not like young girl (+18)
2. The face girls make while cumming (sticking tongue out [Ahegao]) looks like a big tongue or tongue looks like lips, and 2339 does not like it (I could have misinterpreted it)
3. A free public version of "Fap Mode" is a bit hard to navigate (I agree with that) [he has problem with changing the animation and the hair color]
3.1 He suggests to split the menu into two windows on both sides of screen (Models/animation on one side and hairs on other [i think he forgets about the third menu with position of tentacles, again I could have interpreted it differently].
3.2 hes asking why there is less poses in Fap mode than in normal game. (Its public version of fap mode, its like a demo, for full version you need to support developers on Patronite. [I don't remember for how much])
