It starts with a framework plot, so it is already head and shoulders above it's inspiration, Tentacle Locker... 
In my opinion, needs to bee fleshed out into a full game, where you have goals and advancements.... Girls tentacled should become minions who help drag other girls to lockers, pass that stage and take over the  teachers lounge, conquer the entire school administrators and now the school is yours. 

Game should then proceed to a Map. Take over police stations, shopping malls, fire departments, etc... There is room here to expand the  genre a little bit... Men could either  be mysteriously absent from the town, or converted through tentacular powers into either tentacled versions of their former selves, or (preferably), into futa tentacle minions themselves. 
Conquer the  whole town and you are then set for "Lovecraft Locker 2: Schools Out Forever" Take over the nations and corrupt the world into a tentacle breeding planet!

While I actually like the general idea, I agree that "Lovecraft Locker: World Tour" may be beyond the team's budget right now. Sticking to a school setting is more than enough at this time, especially since there more than enough potential locations as is (classrooms, locker room, bathroom, pool area, track area, back alley, etc).

The idea could work if it turned into just the school i think

Well, that's part 1 / paragraph 1 of the idea... Take over the school. 

Feel free to divide the idea into whatever stages / sequels you like. 
I just feel grabbing girls and pulling them into lockers just to try to catch all the girl types has already been done. 
(Tentacle Locker 1, and Tentacle Locker 2). 
If you are just going to do the same thing as the original 2 tentacle locker games, what's the point?

It seemed to me the Entire concept behind this reproduction of the original was to expand it, and flesh it out with some more story and context.
