If I purchase this software, does each device have to connect with your site/link?

Is this a DRM implementation or just a link to the most current files?

Ultimately, I would prefer to be able to download the .exe and .apk files to install on the devices that I wish to use them on.

Hello, the augur runs on your browser.  So you can open it on any device with the browser and save data will be just like you left it on a different device.
