In general you are allowed to have multiple accounts for different reasons. The only thing to keep in mind is to not attempt to promote your own projects from alternative accounts you own.

This includes things like posting comments on project pages of other accounts you own, and upvoting your games in different parts of the forums.

Apart from that, you are allowed to have multiple accounts, either to sell games, buy games or for any other reason.

I know direct Bank Transfers are not supported yet, but can i request for one if my game earns a certain amount of money? If so, what might be the minimum amount for such an ask?

As far as I’m aware that’s not possible right now.
