I haven't been able to get pleated skirt at all in the latest patch, ive gone back multiple times and decided to buy everything listed to see if it would resolve it, but nothing.

same somethings wrong theres no skirt no matter what

Visit the store several times, chat with analie and buy 1-3 clothes. Maybe the skirt will appear.
