lay down for Feral Werewolf (can be found in Mossy Expanse and a bit earlier). But be aware that you earn Red Perks with it, with Centaur too.
drink in the Tavern in Town of Monsters three times (15GP spent) and exit it, but agree to be banged then
encounter Horrible Presence in Mossy Expanse or later on, choose the Lifesuck. But it will reduce your health to zero
