Blurry book cover image (reprise)

There is an old topic that asks exactly this but tapered off and was automatically closed without any stated solution or resolution.

I’m trying to upload a book cover and have it not be blurry. Is there any guidance on this?

Or should I abandon the idea of using a book cover aspect ratio image?
