Whatever is expected to be done is just not clear. Something with the lamps? Regardless it is just too cryptic.
if you hit the lamps with a downward attack while holding jump, you'll well... jump in the air kind off, maybe fly is a better term? anyway hold jump while attack downwards whether it be a light or heavy downward attack as long as it hits a lamp.
