[Windows 10 64-bit; OS Build 19044.1526]

As the title says, the game does not let me adjust the game resolution or toggle full-screen. 

It just simply does not take effect after confirming or restarting the game.

I'm having the same problem, also on Windows 10. I actually set it lower to try to fix a jumping problem, and now it's stuck at a super low res :(
