is there a game where the only rule is you have to outsmart youre opponents and when I say this I mean the game isn't really fun and if a player is a much higher level than you you still have to outsmart them
No indie game comes to mind, but this remind me a lot of how Dark Souls games work. Quite often you just have to out-maneuver the enemies, and higher levels just allow you to fail more often before dying.
Maybe searching for Dark Souls -esque games might help?
I've only played dark souls past the character creation, (I didnt get to the strategy obviously) but I heard it's pretty fun I was planning on playing souls like games anyways , I'm kinda dumb btw and don't know anything about strategy
