Hello when i open the Game i have this Error: "Fatal Error!" how i can fix it?

Try installing some of the UE4 pre-reqs bundled with the game. What OS?

1- Where i can Download the UE4 Pre-Reqs?
2- I have 64 Bits in Windows 10

is it not bundled with the game? Your graphics card DX11 capable?

I have Integrated Graphics and DirectX 12

do you have enough RAM for UE4?

the game only uses 300 MB RAM to run, so I don't think that's the issue, maybe graphics drivers.

what fatal error? I dunno why some people have this issue while most do not.

(what's your GPU? maybe install latest graphics drivers)

you do need to mention your specs, also did you install your latest drivers, fatal error is fine than DX feature level 10 error
