I think it does that because its an exe file.

i guess this game is viral

exe is a known file for trojan, buuuut that was long ago now it's just used to not have any extra files like data, images etc in really tiny games (like 20 mb in this case) plus many, and i mean MANY people have downloaded this and nothing happened, so you are 99.99% safe here.
