Perhaps add descripions to what the starting items do, as right now i'm not even sure if they do anything as my playthroughs seemed to have no difference.

Please add a way for male npcs to impregnate or atleast fuck the player character, having a female character and male npcs is so boring

How about adding lactation to the game? We already get each of the girls pregnant several hundred times over per game. Also a counter for how many times a girl has gotten pregnant, not how many babies she has had, would be fun.
